Replacements and Exchanges
1. Replacements are available within 7 days of delivery​
2. Clotheist covers shipping charges for replacement requests.​
3. Exchanges are permitted for equal or higher value items.​
4. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
5. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
6. Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
7. Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any clearance sale such orders will not be eligible for any returns/exchange.
Returns Policy
1. Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
2. Free Return Shipping: Clotheist covers return shipping for the following conditions:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged package
- Missing item(s)
- Damaged product or full parcel
3. Other Returns: For any other reason, a nominal return shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged.
4. Product Condition: Returned items must be unused and have all original tags attached.
5. Refund Process: Refunds are initiated within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. The approved refund will reflect in the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
6. Cancelled Orders: Refunds for cancelled orders are processed after the item is returned to our warehouse, undergoes quality checks, and follows the standard refund procedure.
